Responsibilities

  • Prepare and type sales team’s offer letters and update the sales database.
  • Compose letters, memos, faxes, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain a prompt and accurate follow-up system for correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries when the sales team is absent.
  • Complete and submit the sales month-end report on time.
  • Ensure timely sending of all correspondence and offers.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels under pressure.
  • Maintain care for all used equipment and ensure it is working properly.

Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all administrative requirements of the sales office. Your role involves maintaining an organized, systematic, and updated filing system to ensure easy access to required data and prevent data loss from hardware. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing and typing sales team’s offer letters, updating the sales database system, and ensuring it is reviewed and properly checked before being sent for signature.
  2. Composing letters, memos, faxes, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director of Sales and other executives.
  3. Maintaining a prompt and accurate follow-up and tracking system for all correspondence.
  4. Handling all incoming calls and guest inquiries in the absence of the sales team, and redirecting to the concerned parties if immediate action is required.
  5. Ensuring the sales month-end report is completed and submitted on time.
  6. Ensuring all correspondence and offers related to the sales team are sent within a maximum of 24 hours.
  7. Communicating effectively at all levels to handle various administrative demands in a pressurized working environment.
  8. Ensuring all equipment is in proper working order and maintaining care for all used equipment.
