Exciting Opportunity for Sales Coordinator - Join Our Team at ASOS in Abu Dhabi!


Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales coordination? We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Ali & Sons Oilfield Supplies & Services (ASOS) division in Abu Dhabi. This role is instrumental in supporting sales operations and ensuring the seamless handling of purchasing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare inquiries and quotations as directed by the Sales Support Supervisor.
  • Handle tenders, expressions of interest (EOIs), and inquiries in coordination with Sales Engineers and Divisional Managers.
  • Prepare and manage all documents for registration and prequalification with ADNOC, TRANSCO, BOROGUE, and other entities. Follow up with Sales Engineers and Principal/Non-Principal companies to ensure timely submission in prequalification portals.
  • Maintain a client registration/prequalification database and track projects in CRM Leads.
  • Prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPO), delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Compile sales reports, including order summaries and inquiry reports, for the Commercial Division.
  • Forward inquiries to principals and follow up on responses.
  • File correspondence, statistical reports, and other records digitally and physically.
  • Manage shipping documents and verify compliance with Letter of Credit requirements.
  • Handle front-office responsibilities through the Duty Roaster Method.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Support Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, fluency in English is essential, and Arabic is preferred.
