An established industry player is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in a pivotal role. This position involves managing inquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating marketing efforts to enhance the company's presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and customer service, along with the ability to utilize ERP systems effectively. 1. Receiving and recording all inquiries coming through email, tender, RFQ etc. in the ERP system.
2. After recording, assign the inquiry to the respective department, follow up with the department, receive the prices and terms (including mobilization time, type of service etc.), create a quote through ERP, get approval from BDM or MD, send the quote, and follow up on the quote while recording the reason if rejected.
3. Upon confirmation of inquiry, prepare a contract, print, take approval/signature from BDM or MD, and send the contract to the client.
4. Once the new contract is received, officially inform operation to take over from there and start the service. Renewal of running agreements.
5. Maintain a monthly recording of each inquiry, quote, acceptance or rejection. Prepare a summary report of the same along with a master list and submit on a monthly basis to MD.
6. Main contact person for all marketing-related requirements of the company including but not limited to coordinating to develop/revise brochures, updating the website, updating the client list, generating inquiries by telecalling, implementing the annual marketing plan, etc.
7. Registering the company with prospective client procurement departments. Maintaining a record of registration number, login information, etc. required to access new projects.
8. Maintain a calendar of the tenders and assist the tendering team to prepare and assemble tender documents as per the requirements.
• Graduate with 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Acceptable knowledge of sales operations, workflows, and processes.
• Knowledge of the system would be an advantage.
