Job Summary

Our client, a holding company, has successfully created a diverse portfolio of operations including sports facilities, telecommunications, real estate developments, and industrial projects.

Job Description
  1. Set department yearly plans and targets in coordination with the direct manager.
  2. Prepare and submit forecasts for the department budget for approval by the direct manager.
  3. Ensure all department processes, policies, and procedures are followed by the team and sales departments, from reservation of units with sales advisors to final contract delivery to clients.
  4. Ensure the Sales Contracts team follows up with clients to receive required documents on time according to set SLAs.
  5. Support the Sales Contracts team and address inquiries related to contracts and supporting documents throughout the contract preparation process.
  6. Review contract data and related documents for accuracy as recorded on CRM (Initial Review).
  7. Oversee creation and finalization cycles of all management contracts.
  8. Notify team members of any legal or internal process updates.
  9. Review and communicate updates of new legal templates to the team.
  10. Notify relevant departments (Legal, Contracts, Developments, etc.) of client requests.
  11. Inform Sales Managers of process changes.
  12. Assign sales tasks to the Sales Contracts team.
  13. Manage client requests, delegate tasks to team members, and ensure timely handling.
  14. Monitor client grace periods and notify the Legal Department accordingly.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on CRM.
  16. Recommend CRM enhancements and new features in coordination with the technical department.
  17. Conduct periodic meetings with the Sales Contracts team.
  18. Prepare and submit periodic reports as required.
  19. Participate in recruiting and setting objectives for the team.
  20. Coach, monitor, and evaluate team performance.
  21. Perform additional tasks to facilitate workflow within the job's scope.
