Job Description
- Set department yearly plans and targets in coordination with the direct manager.
- Prepare and submit forecasts for the department budget for approval by the direct manager.
- Ensure all department processes, policies, and procedures are followed by the team and sales departments, from reservation of units with sales advisors to final contract delivery to clients.
- Ensure the Sales Contracts team follows up with clients to receive required documents on time according to set SLAs.
- Support the Sales Contracts team and address inquiries related to contracts and supporting documents throughout the contract preparation process.
- Review contract data and related documents for accuracy as recorded on CRM (Initial Review).
- Oversee creation and finalization cycles of all management contracts.
- Notify team members of any legal or internal process updates.
- Review and communicate updates of new legal templates to the team.
- Notify relevant departments (Legal, Contracts, Developments, etc.) of client requests.
- Inform Sales Managers of process changes.
- Assign sales tasks to the Sales Contracts team.
- Manage client requests, delegate tasks to team members, and ensure timely handling.
- Monitor client grace periods and notify the Legal Department accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on CRM.
- Recommend CRM enhancements and new features in coordination with the technical department.
- Conduct periodic meetings with the Sales Contracts team.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports as required.
- Participate in recruiting and setting objectives for the team.
- Coach, monitor, and evaluate team performance.
- Perform additional tasks to facilitate workflow within the job's scope.
