Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, manage high-net-worth portfolios, and drive property sales. This role requires a polished communicator with in-depth market knowledge, strong networking skills, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  2. Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties based on lifestyle, investment goals, or preferences.
  3. Conduct property viewings and present premium options from our exclusive inventory.
  4. Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai’s luxury real estate market, pricing trends, and upcoming projects.
  5. Collaborate with developers, agents, and internal sales teams to provide seamless customer service.
  6. Handle negotiations, documentation, and after-sales support with professionalism and discretion.
  7. Attend networking events, roadshows, and open houses to generate leads and maintain visibility.
  8. Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or luxury client relations.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market is a must.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Professional appearance with a client-centric attitude.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  6. Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, or other languages is a plus).
  7. Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
