Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and dynamic Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, manage high-net-worth portfolios, and drive property sales. This role requires a polished communicator with in-depth market knowledge, strong networking skills, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties based on lifestyle, investment goals, or preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and present premium options from our exclusive inventory.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai’s luxury real estate market, pricing trends, and upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with developers, agents, and internal sales teams to provide seamless customer service.
- Handle negotiations, documentation, and after-sales support with professionalism and discretion.
- Attend networking events, roadshows, and open houses to generate leads and maintain visibility.
- Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or luxury client relations.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market is a must.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with a client-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, or other languages is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
