Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage company leads while successfully executing sales.
- Identify and understand customer needs, offering information about available inventory and the best purchasing options.
- Keep clients informed about forthcoming developments and discuss exclusive promotions tailored to their preferences, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and fostering lasting loyalty.
- Act as a "brand ambassador" for DHRE and represent the company's values, products and services to customers, finding new target segments and prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers/clients to grow a strong client base, ensure loyalty and improve client awareness and interest in future products. Expand the network of potential buyers, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities and driving revenue growth for the company.
- Promote products and services through various and innovative sales channels with the aim to improve company revenue and retain customers.
- Adhere to departmental sales targets and goals for products or services and ensure that sales targets are reached and where possible exceeded, within the agreed period for a particular product.
- Provide support in improvising current sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and respond to new and current customers regarding complaints and service inquiries.
- Generate leads from brokers/personal efforts and attend to leads generated by the Company's network, with the ultimate goal of driving successful sales outcomes.
- Maintain a customer-oriented approach by providing valuable assistance during sales meetings and post-sales interactions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among clients.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in order to contribute to the overall success and profitability of the organization.
- Stay abreast of the real estate market trends, property prices, and emerging opportunities to offer informed advice to clients.
- Ensure adherence to company policies/guidelines and to all legal and regulatory requirements related to residential property sales.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Knowledge of effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, customer service principles and real estate market trends and regulations.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a relevant area of property sales or marketing in a real estate or in a commercial environment.
Job Specific Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in lead generation and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and able to close sales in a timely manner.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
- Networking skills to develop and maintain a network of business contacts and relationships.
