Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
- Building relationships with major customers to ensure ongoing sales revenue.
- Identifying prospects through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Demonstrating and presenting company services.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Managing sales administration and customer service activities.
- Maintaining records of sales, customers, and performance evaluations.
- Working towards monthly and annual sales targets.
- Reviewing sales performance weekly.
- Analyzing sales metrics to assess strategy effectiveness.
- Researching competitors' services and market success.
Requirements:
- Female, Arabic nationality.
- Proven sales management experience of 2-3 years in UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
