This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
