• Expert and professional knowledge of all existing and future real estate locations and projects in the local market
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
• Understanding of market trends and dynamics
• Leadership and strong communication skills
• Readiness for constant learning and development
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English
• Having a car and driving license
