Job Description

Equinox, specializing in Cyber, Cloud, Infrastructure solutions, and project delivery, is expanding and seeking a Sales Specialist for our UAE office. You will play a key role in driving the company's transformation, serving clients and partners to achieve its mission and vision.

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with enterprise technical decision-makers and influencers.
  • Provide security consulting to clients, establishing plans and pipelines to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within target accounts, engaging customers and partners to capture requirements.
  • Propose technical solutions, oversee technology selection, scope projects, and estimate resources.
  • Guide clients on business value solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Translate requirements and solutions into proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Present and communicate our value proposition at all organizational levels, including technical staff and C-level executives.
  • Engage with customers and partners, keeping the team updated on security trends, threat landscape changes, product launches, and service offerings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering security advice, establishing business cases, including ROI justification, and shaping requirements.
  • Manage tenders, engage with industries, and proactively grow the market presence of Equinox's offerings.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company and product offerings, research customer needs, and identify how solutions can meet them.
  • Generate leads, develop existing relationships, maintain detailed client records, and build an active, repeat customer base.
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach using innovative sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales and Tech Implementation teams to design industry-specific outbound efforts.
