Job summary

Staff Connect UAE is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant with a passion for fitness to promote gym memberships and fitness packages in Dubai. You will convert leads, conduct consultations, and support campaigns to hit monthly targets.

You should have at least 2 years in sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role offers performance incentives and company transportation support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Background in gym membership / fitness sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with proven sales closing ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Good presentation and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness packages to potential customers.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
• Conduct client consultations and explain membership benefits and pricing plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into active members.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and events.
