Hiring: Sales Consultant Real Estate Company

Location: Business Bay Dubai.
Experience: Must have experience in the UAE.
Requirement: Brokerage experience is required.

Salary: AED 5000 - AED 7000 depending on experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Sales & Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence potential buyers & investors.
  • Expertise in structuring profitable deals for clients.
  • Skilled in objection handling and closing high ticket sales.
  • Strong upselling & cross-selling strategies.
2. Communication & Client Management
  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Skilled in conducting presentations, property tours & virtual sales meetings.
  • Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills.
3. Real Estate Market & Legal Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws & RERA regulations.
  • Knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties.
  • Awareness of mortgage financing, property registration & legal contracts.
  • Familiarity with freehold vs. leasehold ownership.
4. Lead Generation
  • Ability to source, qualify & nurture leads effectively.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing & social media platforms for sales.
5. Multitasking & Time Management
  • Ability to handle multiple clients, deals & negotiations simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to market changes.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient in a competitive market.
