We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a proven track record of success in direct sales and account management.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with potential clients
Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable migration programs
Negotiate service packages and close deals confidently
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM
Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth application flow
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Stay up-to-date with migration trends, visa rules, and program updates
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a similar field (preferred)
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Malayalam - Tamil-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Confident in delivering client presentations and demos
Familiarity with CRM systems and territory sales management
