Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential/commercial properties to potential buyers.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM and manage client relationships.
  • Stay informed about legal requirements and real estate regulations.

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications:

Must have the following:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market.
  • Various skills (telemarketing, negotiation, communication, selling, etc.).
  • Ability to demonstrate excellence in Property Consulting.
  • Strong ability to close deals (high and low tickets).
  • Professional Clientele Management (start to finish).
  • Proven experience as a sales consultant or in a similar sales role (real estate experience preferred).
  • Real estate license (required or willing to obtain, depending on jurisdiction).
  • Goal-driven with a passion for sales and property.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM software.
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation process requirements.
  • Arabic / English Speaking & Writing.
  • Driver's License.
