Job Description

To drive new member integration experience by recommending relevant club products and services for individual membership plans and contributing to excellent members experience of the club. Creatively plan and deliver outreach events and meetings with corporate clients. Inspire potential members and detail the choice of membership options available. Work towards monthly targets for excellent rewards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• High school diploma

Experience

• Previous experience working towards targets is desirable.
• Sales experience in fitness industry is preferred.

Skills

• Dynamic, determined, motivated, ambitious, confident and relentless in the pursuit of sales.
• Enjoy meeting people and have genuine interest in communicating the effectiveness of exercising.
• Energetic and with passion to promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Proven consistent good sales track record would be an added advantage.
• High level of professionalism, honesty and integrity and excellent work ethic.
• Ensure the completion of all required training competencies and assessments.
• Teamwork & collaboration, communication skills, proactiveness, working hours flexibility and customer service orientation.
