Job Description
- Responsible for channel planning and standardized management in the Middle East and Africa regions.
- Innovate channel development models and management approaches based on regional new energy vehicle (NEV) development trends to enhance channel competitiveness.
- Oversee general distributor qualification evaluation, support contract negotiation, and onboarding processes (including KPI setting and compliance review).
- Assist the sales department in formulating regional market channel expansion plans, such as new market entry and dealer network optimization strategies.
2. Subsidiary Channel Management
- Manage channel development and dealer performance evaluation in subsidiary markets, supporting the overall operations of the subsidiary’s channel division.
3. Retail Network Management
- Drive the confirmation, construction, and launch of new retail sites in key regional markets according to plan, providing on-site support and supervision as needed, identifying and reporting risks during construction, and maintaining documentation of site information.
- Develop and optimize channel management inspection checklists, ensure compliance with checklist requirements by general distributors, and conduct unannounced retail site inspections.
- Organize training sessions for general distributors and sub-dealers, covering retail management methodologies, digital tool utilization, and related topics.
5. Market Data Analysis
- Collect industry data from regional markets (e.g., competitor channel trends, competitor network strategies, customer needs), generate channel health reports, and propose actionable optimization recommendations.

- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as a team-oriented spirit, to maintain good communication and collaboration with internal departments, dealers, and partners.
- Demonstrate strong market analysis and problem-solving abilities to independently respond to market changes and challenges.
- Have either Chinese & English or Chinese & Arabic communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 years or more of work experience
- The working experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
