Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our client base, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, proven sales experience in logistics, and the ability to deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure service excellence.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
