Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Create the sales budget by setting sales targets and performance goals.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports to evaluate progress towards meeting targets and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Support our partners by promoting and selling their products and services to their existing and new potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior leadership.
- Recommend product and services improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is desirable.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the UAE/Gulf region.
- Previous experience within the Defence and Security sector is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in spoken Arabic preferred.
- Advanced prospecting skills with the ability to generate new business leads.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
