Job description
Ontime Group is looking for a passionate and driven Sales / Business Development professional to join our team dedicated to the Doctor On Time Homecare Sector. In this role, you will focus on expanding our home healthcare services by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the home healthcare market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including families and healthcare professionals
Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify service gaps
Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure provision of quality homecare services
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Track sales activities and report on performance metrics for management review
Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote home healthcare services
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the healthcare or homecare sector
Strong understanding of healthcare services and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
