Job description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Executive to help grow our tent, car parking shade, and steel structure business across the UAE and GCC. You will lead sales efforts, manage key client accounts, and handle high-level registrations and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead strategies to grow the business.
  • Manage key accounts and build new partnerships across the region.
  • Handle company registration, prequalification, and tendering with EPC contractors and government departments.
  • Guided and supported the sales and business development team.
  • Find new opportunities in both the private and government sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement teams and project stakeholders.
  • Work with technical and estimation teams to prepare bids.
  • Track prequalification and registration progress.
  • Promote and sell products and services in UAE and GCC.
  • Give sales presentations and product demos to clients and consultants.
  • Maintain client relationships and close sales effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to improve strategies.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to meet client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or similar.
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development in the GCC.
  • Proven success in securing contracts with EPCs or government clients.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of tents, shades, and steel structure products is a must.
