Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding DocullyVDR’s presence across key sectors such as investment banking, law firms, private equity, corporates, and government entities. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential accounts across UAE and GCC markets.
- Network through referrals, industry events, associations, and digital channels to generate opportunities.
- Qualify leads and build a healthy pipeline in CRM (Zoho CRM).
- Client Engagement
- Reach out to CXOs, deal teams, and advisors to introduce DocullyVDR solutions.
- Schedule and deliver product presentations and virtual/onsite demos.
- Understand client use cases (M&A, IPO, NCLT, tendering, audits) and propose tailored solutions.
- Sales Execution
- Prepare and send proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Drive the sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signing and billing.
- Work closely with internal teams for service activation, onboarding, and client support.
- Account Management
- Build long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and expansion.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities (EOI: Extensions, Overages, Incremental usage).
- Maintain accurate, real-time CRM updates
- Market Development
- Represent DocullyVDR at industry conferences, networking forums, and government/enterprise events.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and compliance/regulatory updates.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Share regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts with management.
- Contribute to achieving the company’s 20% QoQ growth targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS, FinTech, IT, or professional services preferred).
- Strong network in investment banking, legal, advisory, or corporate finance sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proven ability to generate opportunities, manage sales cycles, and meet targets.
- CRM experience (Zoho preferred).
- Pleasant personality, well-presented, and confident in client interactions.
- Must be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
