Sales & Business Development Executive (Female Preferred)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

With a portfolio of prestigious clients and high-profile projects, we deliver end-to-end creative and technical solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team and support our expansion efforts.

Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated saleswoman who can take ownership of generating new leads, managing client relationships, and supporting project coordination. You will work closely with the COO to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, while also maintaining and growing existing accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about exhibitions, events, and design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE and international markets.
• Build, manage, and nurture client relationships—serving as the main point of contact.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events independently or alongside the COO.
• Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure client briefs are met.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners for pricing and availability.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and report weekly activity to the COO.
• Represent the company during build-ups, exhibitions, and events at venues like DWTC, ExCeL London, Messe Frankfurt, etc.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience in exhibition stand contracting, interior fit-out, or events industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and coordination in the creative/build environment.
• Confident, well-presented, and client-facing personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM tools a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional European languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license required.
