THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by mastering the F&B industry, the Sapaad platform, and our Fintech model. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and developing strategies to maximize sales and client satisfaction. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a deep understanding of the F&B business, Sapaad’s SaaS platform, and the Fintech business model.
  • Prospect and develop new SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) leads.
  • Manage existing Enterprise customers while continuously developing new Enterprise leads.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities to understand and analyze competition.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Sapaad’s offerings and industry trends to lead effective sales initiatives.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to increase sales volume and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales leads within assigned territories.
  • Ensure timely and accurate daily lead uploads into HubSpot.
  • Maximize the demo-to-activation success rate through effective communication and product demonstrations.
  • Develop, track, and report KPIs and metrics to measure performance and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic sales forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the F&B, hospitality, and food tech industries.
  • Participate in customer training and education programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain a high level of availability and responsiveness to meet business and client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the hospitality or Food and Beverage (F&B) sector.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with top management and key stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in the Arabic language is a plus
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license.
