Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals looking to buy or sell luxury properties.
- Employ advanced networking, marketing, and prospecting strategies to broaden your client base and increase lead generation.
- Perform in-depth market analysis to assess property values, identify market trends, and understand competitive dynamics.
- Provide expert advice and strategic pricing recommendations based on comprehensive market data.
- Advocate for clients’ best interests throughout the transaction process, ensuring transparency and building trust.
- Deliver personalized service, execute skilled negotiations, and offer strategic guidance to exceed client expectations and achieve the best outcomes.
- Manage all facets of real estate transactions, including negotiations, inspections, financing, and closings.
- Address and resolve transaction-related challenges swiftly and efficiently.
- Cultivate relationships with key industry professionals, including lenders, lawyers, appraisers, and inspectors, to streamline transactions and enhance client services.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements to boost brand visibility and grow your referral network.
- Work collaboratively with other brokers and engage directly with clients to provide top-tier service and realize shared objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with UAE Developers.
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
- At least 2 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
- Demonstrated track record of success in previous roles, ideally with evidence of significant return on investment.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
- Experience in the luxury property sector, with knowledge of both GCC and EU markets.
- Fluency in English.
