Job Description
- Conduct technical Zoom checks with customers to ensure all requirements for expert interviews are met.
- Review and process submitted customer documents and address missing information through targeted inquiries.
- Prepare analytical documents for expert discussions.
- Support the sales process actively, including managing appointments and preparing and following up on customer meetings.
- Maintain an excellent first impression through professional, friendly, and charming communication over the phone.
Candidate Requirements
- Enjoy direct customer contact via phone, demonstrating confidence, friendliness, and charisma.
- Structured, reliable, and independent work ethic with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address tasks early in a solution-oriented manner.
- Proficient in digital tools such as Zoom, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
