Through its Omni channel offerings, customers can access Lenskart products and services from over 1400 stores, the Lenskart mobile app, website, e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and pharmacy shops.

A Sales Associate greets and receives customers, drives sales by engaging with them, demonstrating the right products, sharing product features and benefits, explaining offers and services, and closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Meet & greet customers
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey
• Share product features and benefits
• Explain services, build trust and loyalty
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Gather feedback from customers on services and products

Inventory Management

• Perform daily quick counts of all PIDs in the store
• Receive bulk shipments, conduct physical counts, and update the system daily
• Replenish stock to fill display gaps
• Check for damaged or bad inventory and store it separately
• Ensure daily handover and receipt of products from VRX via HOP app
• Report inventory mismatches or discrepancies to the Store Manager

Operational Processes

• Follow VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store
• Update all SOP files daily
