Our client is a leading retail luxury group looking to hire Sales/Senior Sales Associates for their Dubai location.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Understanding and assisting customers with their needs and queries about products, prices, and services.
- Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
- Achieving sales targets and increasing sales through advanced sales techniques, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintaining customer relationships to build long-term brand loyalty.
- Handling new product launches, promoting products, and managing visual merchandising.
- Ensuring stock replenishment at all times.
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual displays.
- Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback.
- Coordinating with the Customer Care Centre for after-sales service.
- Generating daily sales reports.
- Following all company procedures regarding ordering, cash handling, and other practices.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of product features and benefits, and brand details in the store.
- Understanding of competing brands and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with internal procedures, processes, and systems.
