Job Description

As a leading manufacturing company specializing in premium and advanced piping products in the UAE, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate/Sr. Sales Executive to expand our sales operations within the UAE and export channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Contact and meet potential customers in target markets.
  2. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations explaining products and solutions to prospective customers.
  3. Secure sales agreements with prospective customers and manage their accounts to meet targets.
  4. Establish a sales network through potential partners in target markets.
  5. Generate inquiries, follow up, and book orders according to set agreements and targets.
  6. Conduct regular market visits to generate business leads.
  7. Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
  8. Research market potential and opportunities.
  9. Travel within the UAE and GCC to visit existing and potential customers.
  10. Coordinate with the team to provide technical and commercial sales support.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Extensive contacts and leads in target market sectors.
  2. Strong sales and business development skills.
  3. At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE market is essential.
  4. BS/BE or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or Commerce is advantageous.
  5. Knowledge of MEP products and piping systems is a plus.
  6. Results-oriented with a commitment to targets.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Friendly personality with a warm demeanor.
  9. Quick learner, team player, self-motivated, and driven.
  10. Well-organized with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  12. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
