Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate - Russian Speaker, The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their healthcare and lifestyle products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining product knowledge. Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, restocking shelves, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring a clean and organized sales floor. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and providing product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Russian and English, with excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
• Basic knowledge of healthcare products, including medicines, vitamins, and supplements
• Experience in retail sales, inventory management, and point of sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high customer service standards
