Job summary

Beside Group in Dubai is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to drive store performance through outstanding service and product knowledge.

You will greet shoppers, provide fashion guidance, process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming environment aligned with brand standards.

Fluency in multiple languages is mandatory; about 1 year in a similar role and local retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Multilingual speaking is mandatory.
• 1 year experience in a similar role preferred.
• Local retail experience preferred.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of fashion and local culture sensitivities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal, store and KPI targets to meet organizational objectives.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on designs, trends and availability.
• Handle shipments, stock shelves and display merchandise.

About the Role

The purpose of the role is to drive sales through customer service, in order to ensure that personal and store targets are being met.

Responsibilities

• Achieving the personal, store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times by following policies, providing product information and adopting a friendly as well as courteous attitude towards customers, in order to establish and manage lasting relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.
• Sending and receiving of shipments, sort merchandise, stock shelves, counters, racks, and tables with merchandise.
• Complete operational administrative tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Language- Multilingual Speaking is mandatory
• A year’s experience in a similar role, within a similar brand preferred
• Local retail experience preferred
• Basic skills in MS Office
• Knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities
