Job description

Responsibilities

1. Displaying enthusiasm & providing superior customer service
2. Understanding customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services
3. Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
4. Achieving the sales target and focusing on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques
5. Focusing on upselling/cross-selling
6. Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long-term brand loyalty
7. Handling new launches, promotion of products, and visual merchandising
8. Ensuring stock replenishment at all times
9. Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual displays
10. Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback
11. Coordinating with the customer care center for after-sales service
12. Generating daily sales reports
13. Following all company procedures in ordering, cash handling, and other common practices

Profile

1. Graduate or a Diploma in business administration, sales, or related courses
2. Selling experience of at least 2 years, preferably in high-end segment in retail or hospitality
3. Excellent communication (including spoken and written English)
4. Strong selling skills & customer-oriented
