About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Associate fluent in Arabic and English to join our dynamic IT consulting team based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to grow their career in technology sales, working across fast-paced markets in the UAE, GCC, and Europe (EU).

In this role, you’ll support business development efforts, connect with clients, and promote our IT consulting solutions—with a focus on digital transformation, M&A advisory, and tech-enabled strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote IT consulting services, focusing on M&A, digital transformation, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, client outreach, and strategic market engagement across the UAE, GCC, and EU regions.
  • Generate leads, conduct client outreach, and identify new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
  • Present tailored IT solutions based on a deep understanding of client needs, industry best practices, and the latest technology trends.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, exceptional service, and continuous value delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project delivery, maintaining alignment with client expectations and timelines.
  • Track market developments, competitor activities, and emerging client demands to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and business functions, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Work closely with senior consultants to develop tailored solutions that align with client goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (experience in IT consulting or B2B services is a plus)
  • Exposure to digital transformation, enterprise IT services, or M&A-related solutions is highly desirable
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s or certifications are a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of business culture and dynamics in the UAE, GCC, and European markets
  • Proactive, target-driven, and eager to work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
