Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: UAE Region, based at DIFC, Dubai

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sales Associate to cover the UAE Region from the DIFC in Dubai. The company is a globally recognized brand and a leader in the Private Assets space. You will join an established franchise and work with some of the largest clients in the region.

You should have a strong academic background, high-level knowledge of private assets, and deep regional relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience in a firm with market-leading inflows.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting senior team members in managing large, complex relationships
  2. Supporting or generating new business
  3. Creating and executing successful sales strategies
  4. Market segmentation
  5. Developing high-quality marketing materials and client deliverables
  6. Liaising with client service teams for onboarding new clients
  7. Developing strong product knowledge across private credit, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and renewables
  8. Sourcing and reviewing market information and MI
  9. Collaborating with internal departments to support client service and new business acquisition

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Asset Management Sales at a reputable private markets firm
  • Regional knowledge of UAE / GCC / EMEA markets
  • Technical knowledge of private markets products
  • Proactive lead generation skills
  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial attitude
