Job description

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience. It also involves performing various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right products.
  • Convert window shoppers into buyers.
  • Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
  • Serve customers following the company's selling guidelines (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
  • Stay updated on various brands of the group for suggestive selling.
Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge:
  • Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Be flexible to work extended hours during sales periods.
  • Possess up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
Merchandise Management:
  • Ensure stock is well-displayed according to standards to attract customers.
  • Follow visual merchandising guidelines and maintain stock norms, especially during clearance.
  • Record inventory movements and maintain reports.
  • Handle POS and billing efficiently, including issuing receipts and refunds accurately.
  • Process payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
  • Maintain store security awareness at all times.
  • Work flexible shifts and overtime as required, adhering to SOP and loss prevention policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sales figures.
