Job description

This role supports the Regional Sales Department in delivering various sales-related activities forSteam Turbines and Centrifugal Compressors (turbomachinery and rotating equipment), primarily within theservicing and overhaulbusiness.

The Sales Associate will assist in preparing proposals, managing documentation, and creating customer-focused presentations. This position offers a development path toward becoming a future Sales Engineer with a deep understanding ofEbara Elliott Energy’sservice operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Global Service Sales Engineers in identifying and qualifying new sales leads.

Conduct business development activities using a variety of tools and strategies to identify prospects.

Maintain and update customer data accurately within the CRM system.

Support the preparation of sales proposals and customer presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and technical content.

Provide input on service and product improvements.

Deliver timely updates and reports on customer engagement and sales progress.

Follow a personal development plan in coordination with the Senior Sales Manager.

Internal Stakeholders :

Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Managers, Customer Inventory Engineers

Cross-functional teams including Field Service, Service Parts, Repairs, and Corporate Communications

External Stakeholders :

Customers and Vendors

This is an individual contributor position with no direct supervisory responsibilities. It is, however, designed to build future talent for technical sales leadership within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree inEngineering,Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

Strong technical interest or background, ideally inturbomachinery,rotating equipment, oraftermarket industrial services.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create persuasive presentations.

Familiarity withCRM toolsis advantageous.

Base Location & Work Schedule

This is a full time permanent hybrid position in Abu Dhabi (UAE).
