Sales Associate

We are looking for a fun-loving, aggressive, and driven Arabic- and English-speaking salesperson to join our team! This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, responsible for driving sales in Egypt, African countries, the UK, and the EU.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with clients and building strong relationships
• Driving sales and expanding market reach
• Managing export procedures and ensuring smooth transactions
• Providing top-tier customer service and support
• Conducting sales training and managing sales activities

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
• Proven sales experience in any commodity trading/export business (plastic raw materials experience is a plus but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, and international trade requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and a team player

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
