Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the structural steel, GI/MS products, and building materials sectors
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through excellent service and regular follow-up
- Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor pricing, and product developments in steel and construction materials
- Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to build new stock lines and optimize inventory
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and delivery terms
- Ensure profitability by securing deals with healthy margins
- Maintain sales records and submit performance reports regularly
- Meet all monthly KPIs set by management
Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales within structural steel, GI/MS, or building materials industries
- A strong network of clients and suppliers that can be leveraged immediately
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Skilled in both customer acquisition and account management
- Ability to help identify and introduce new stock items based on market demand
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills — both for sales and purchases
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Tally Prime
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
