Role

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels identity and expertise, welcoming and serving all visitors and clients entering the boutique. Your responsibilities include:

1. Driving business by recruiting clients, developing their loyalty, and achieving sales objectives;
2. Growing our clients' expertise by presenting our universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration;
3. Offering an outstanding experience by personalizing client relationships and anticipating their needs;
4. Serving visitors by responding to all client requests, providing after-sales services, and offering care advice;
5. Contributing to a positive team spirit by actively participating in daily boutique activities;
6. Developing operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.
