Job description

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience according to the company's service standards (UPT, ATV, and personal targets will be shared by the Store Manager).
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Display model behavior of fashion-savviness by sharing market and competitor trends with the team.
• Stay updated with specific Brand product knowledge.
• Develop client relationships within an omni-channel approach; ensure customer data is properly captured in accordance with marketing team requirements.
• Promote the loyalty program and stay informed about app offerings.
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs.
• Maintain personal grooming standards as per Brand guidelines, and wear the current season uniform issued by the company as per SOP.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Graduate or high school qualification.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.
