Job summary

A recruitment company is seeking a driven sales professional to contact high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, preferably in finance or fintech, and must be fluent in Arabic and English. The Role
  • Contact high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients to generate new business and maintain relationships.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads and reach out through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Support existing clients and follow up on leads.
  • Manage sales activities and customer information using CRM software.
  • Target clients in finance, tech, and real estate sectors.
  • Meet sales targets and report progress to management.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in outbound sales (preferably in finance or fintech).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Based in the MENA region.
  • Understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, including blockchain technology and transaction security.
  • Proven experience in generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
  • Skilled in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing client information.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Awareness of market trends and competitor activities in the cryptocurrency space.
