• Previous experience in retail (assisted sales) as a Sales Associate.
• Ability to participate proactively and effectively in sales activities, providing hospitality and delivering the best retail experience to customers through a consultative approach and utilizing available tools and channels.
• Maintain high product knowledge, including target groups, product range, customization, and selling arguments.
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing activities according to the overall marketing plan to ensure a continuous flow of traffic.
• Results-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
• Customer-centric mindset, listening to customers and creating memorable experiences.
