A luxury goods company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Boutique Ambassador to enhance the brand image and manage direct sales. Responsibilities include ensuring merchandise display, handling inventory, providing after-sales service, and building client relationships. Responsibilities

• Undertake direct sales with clients of the brand.
• Ensure that all sales are processed in accordance with required procedures using the systems provided.
• Ensure that all merchandise in the boutique is displayed within the brand requirements.
• Assist with monthly stock takes and the tagging of merchandise.
• Ensure that all merchandise is controlled at all times and that shrinkage does not occur.
• Assist clients with their returns and queries, ensuring that brand image is enhanced and client expectations are met.
• Ensure that all cash, receipts, invoices and documentation are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Build client database by acquiring new customers as well as enhancing relationships with current clients.

Job description

MAIN PURPOSE

As an Ambassador of Montblanc, t he jobholder will be based in a boutique in Dubai and will be responsible for selling brand merchandise within the specified standards and enhancing the brand image.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales
