Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
