Overview of the Role

The Sales Associate is responsible for sales generation, delivering a positive customer experience, and performing various operational duties as assigned by the store management team, such as housekeeping and visual presentation standards.

What You Will Do
  1. Create a clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
  2. Make a positive first impression through energetic attitude and appropriate dress code.
  3. Greet customers immediately upon entry with a smile and genuine greeting.
  4. Provide customers with current and relevant product information.
  5. Offer quality service in fitting rooms, follow up promptly, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to increase sales.
  6. Deliver efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.
  7. Sincerely thank customers as they exit and invite them to return.
Required Skills to Be Successful

Good verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills.

What Equips You for the Role
  1. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School Degree.
  2. Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
