Overview Of The Role

The Sales Assistant is instrumental in driving sales generation and crafting a positive customer experience through energetic engagement and adherence to store protocols. This role involves various operational duties as assigned by the store management team. Key success factors include maintaining store cleanliness, delivering exceptional customer service, and efficiently handling cash transactions and store operations.

What You Will Do
Store Safety
  • Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all store equipment and products are safe and correctly organized.
Excellent Customer Service
  • Create a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to the dress code.
  • Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business-like greeting.
  • Provide customers with current relevant information about the product.
  • Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back.
  • Assist customers in locating products and answer any questions they may have.
Quality
  • Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, ensuring they are clean and organized.
  • Follow up with customers promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cash wrap area.
  • Attempt to add on to the sale by suggesting complementary products.
Administrative
  • Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, handling transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Offer gift cards to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash wrap area.
  • Capture customer information accurately in the database for future reference and promotions.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
