  • KPIs and Tasks :

Minimum 15 qualified Zoom meetings per week (60 meetings per month).

  • Quality of meetings :

Meetings must be scheduled with confirmed leads interested in the product.

  • Meeting Conversion :

Maintaining the conversion of scheduled appointments into sales at a level not less than 20% .

  • Responsibility for the process :

Conducting initial communications via WhatsApp.Maintaining records and recording information in CRM.

  • Weekly reporting :

Submitting a report on the number of scheduled meetings and feedback from clients.

  • Payment terms :
  • Fixed rate : 15 USD for each meeting held.
  • Bonus : 10% of the amount of successfully closed transactions .
  • How much can you earn :
  • Fix for meetings :

60 meetings x 15 USD = 900 USD per month.

  • Sales Bonus (when performing the planned 36 deals for the entire team and counting on openers) :

Expected bonus - 1,463 USD per month.

  • Total Opener income when fulfilling the plan :
  • Work format :
  • Remotely, anywhere in the world.
  • Flexible schedule : Part-time — from 15 to 20 hours a week.

Requirements :

  • English language at the level Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Experience in active sales or working with clients from 1 year .
  • Business correspondence and communication skills in messengers (WhatsApp).
  • Self-organization, attentiveness, focus on results.
  • Availability of a laptop and a stable Internet connection.
