Position Overview We are seeking a mid-level Sales Assistant with a strong foundation in customer relationship management, marketing coordination, and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in industrial or technical sales environments, particularly in the water treatment sector. You will support the sales pipeline, engage with clients, manage CRM activities, and assist in maintaining our external communications through newsletters and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Customer Management
Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and accuracy.
Prepare and manage sales quotations, purchase orders, and customer records.
Maintain and update CRM data, track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical) to support smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Assist in follow-ups with prospects and customers to maintain engagement.
Marketing & Communication
Draft and schedule company newsletters to keep customers informed on product updates, company news, and promotions.
Prepare and publish posts on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to support brand visibility and lead generation.
Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain sales brochures, technical datasheets, and other promotional content.
Assist with trade show preparation and marketing campaigns where applicable.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a sales support or commercial assistant role, ideally within a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems is essential; experience with Odoo is a strong advantage.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Buffer, Canva) is a plus.
