Job summary

Bestax Chartered Accountants in Dubai invites an ambitious Business Setup Sales Assistant and Consultant to join our team. You will drive new client acquisition for UAE business setups, and guide clients through the local company formation process.

You should be proactive, well organized, with 2–3 years sales/business development experience, excellent English, and strong communication and negotiation skills. We offer a competitive base salary with incentives and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development.
• Proactive, confident, quick-thinking with a track record of generating business.

• Presentable with ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads generated through various marketing platforms into realized business.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and setup UAE ventures.
• Educate clients on Bestax products and local laws for business setup.
• Present recommendations on opportunities and advantages of UAE zones.
• Research client business and implications across UAE zones.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Coordinate with licensing authorities to facilitate seamless company setup.
• Coordinate with bankers for opening of bank accounts and related services.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Ensure accurate documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
• Attend networking events, manage partner relationships, and share insights with marketing.
• Upsell and cross-sell to deliver added value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
