Your New Role...
CNN International, the world’s leader, provides award-winning content across multiple platforms to upscale global citizens. The Advertising Sales team is a dynamic group responsible for driving global revenue on all CNN platforms.
The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to Sales Planners, the Manager, and the team Directors within the CNNIC Middle East sales team. The role is based within the Advertising Sales department in Dubai, supporting the Middle East region and other designated territories as required.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Lead end-to-end execution of Ad Sales campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery across TV and digital platforms—proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep campaigns on track and within scope.
Coordinate media bookings in partnership with the traffic team, prepare campaign confirmations and post-campaign reports, and manage billing communications and payment follow-ups.
Drive internal alignment by organizing weekly team meetings, managing client and agency correspondence, and handling day-to-day administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintain and update campaign tracking tools, including prospect pipelines, status reports, and campaign logs. Oversee copy alignment, liaise with clients and agencies for timely asset delivery, and review contracts and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications and Experience...
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to cope in a very busy environment, prioritize, and multitask.
The confidence to build and maintain relationships with clients and agencies.
A keen attitude and willingness to learn, remain motivated, and ambition to progress within the industry.
