Job Description

Company Description: SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences is a luxury lifestyle 5-star city hotel, part of Ennismore under the Accor group umbrella. It features 946 units, including 254 hotel rooms, 321 hotel apartments, and 371 branded residences, spread over 75 floors. Located in Downtown Dubai, designed by award-winning architects Paul Bishop, it is a striking landmark and one of the tallest hotels and residences in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and logistics.
  2. Help with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
  3. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  4. Create and manage event-related documents such as schedules, guest lists, and promotional materials.
  5. Track event budgets and provide post-event reports and evaluations.
  6. Assist the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups.
  7. Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
  8. Coordinate sales meetings and assist in preparing reports and performance metrics.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to clients and act as a point of contact when needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
